If the painting is in stock, it will be payment upon delivery. If it is a custom order or an out of stock item, please email us at enquiries@artisanpieces.com

1)How long with the custom painting take?
It will take about 10 to 12 days to paint and deliver
2)Can I submit any photo I find online to replicate, or must it be from your website?
You can submit any photo to be replicated, it does not have to come from our website alone
3)Is quality guaranteed?
Yes, you will be able to see the final painting completed before we deliver it to you
4)What are the payment terms like?
In order to commence with custom art works, the artists will take 50% deposit to start work, and the remaining 50% will be paid upon delivery
5)What are the charges for delivery?
The charges range between 40 - 60 dollars worldwide depending on quantity and size of ordered artworks.
6)Can your artists make abstracts, or scenery etc?
Our artists can make any artwork, including portraits, abstracts, scenery, pop art, contemporary art and much more.
